Deep Blue Communications was formed from the 2009 merger of WiFiFee LLC and Deep Blue Wireless Inc. WiFiFee headquartered in Albany, NY and was founded in 2003 as a spinoff from Nextridge Inc., to provide Wi-Fi hot spot solutions. One of the early pioneers in bringing Wi-Fi solutions to MDUs, WiFiFee eventually grew to operate a diverse portfolio of locations in the Northeast and Florida. Deep Blue Wireless, a San Francisco based business, was founded in 2001 and quickly built a national footprint providing HSIA installation and support solutions to hotels throughout the United States. Today, the combined entity, operating as Deep Blue Communications, owns and supports wired and wireless networks in partnership with a diversified portfolio of property owners all across the United States. Deep Blue Communications engineers, installs, and supports data and video/TV networks and provides other related services. We operate two divisions, Deep Blue Wireless and Deep Blue TV in a national footprint. We value and believe in creating sustainable partnerships with all of our customers; our goal is to design and install well engineered networks, and support them with an experienced and thoughtful service team. We do this at a fair price to create a win-win for all parties. Ultimately we’d like to become the premier provider of data and video services, by any measure, across the United States and beyond. We are currently partnered with over one thousand locations, and our networks support hundreds of thousands of unique users each month.
