I have offered wireless internet to my guests for many years with unfortunately many performance issues stemming from software, hardware and many unexplained. Since working with Deep Blue I personally receive compliments from guests weekly on how great our wireless internet is. They consistently tell me they wish other hotels had our system.
I see the daily increase of guest use and streaming content from laptops, tablets, and phones and you accommodate my guests without fail. From the many families of four each streaming their own video content during their breakfast to hundreds of attendees in corporate training sessions, you deliver. You walked your talk, and I respect and appreciate that. I know we have a challenging environment with our multi-level hotel, conference center, circa 1820 restaurant building and our nature trail.
