I just wanted to pass along what stellar customer service I just had with you guys. I’m normally the guy who sends nasty letters of complaint; I’m picky, hard to please, and get annoyed by telephone customer service agents frequently. I just called to help boost my wifi signal (I’m staying at a Comfort Inn) and your employee mastered the perfect blend between being human, helpful, and funny all while being completely professional- that is such a rarity these days!
Can you please train cell phone companies, airlines, hotels, banks, and other service providers your fine art?
Also- do you offer internet service for private homes or just large business? I’d sign up in a heartbeat.

Thank you for making the Wi-Fi connection process so streamlined for users with multiple devices. Your interface and speed connections have really improved over the last 8-10 years, and it is an easy process now to log in as a WorldMark owner with multiple devices. I especially like the entry validation process to verify account information and then the subsequent activation of additional devices using the verified account login. The Wi-Fi speed and consistency have been great throughout the resort. Deep Blue Communications rock!!

I want to thank Nikolaus Braun and his team. Our property was not compliant and we knew that the deadline was right around the corner. Our current vendor not only was not compliant, but could not provide the most current technology. I reached out to Nikolaus at Deep Blue and started the process with him. Once we finalized the contract bid with our ownership, Nikolaus and his team were real quick in getting us installed. Nikolaus decided to come down for the installation to insure the installation went smoothly.
Since getting online with Deep Blue, we have seen our GSS Internet scores continue to rise. Our numerous guest complaints and staff challenges have basically become non-existent. If we had to contact the tech support line, they were quick to resolve the few guests inquiries which all of them were on the guest side. Speed and connectivity is great throughout the property, and our frequent guests are now enjoying this!
