Shifting operations to support business continuity
Our help desk and premium support teams are fully operational and working remotely to support you. Installations, when possible, are continuing to move forward and we’re trying to be flexible to find convenient dates and times to minimize risk to your employees and our technicians.
As part of Comcast Business, Deep Blue also participates in a cross-functional COVID-19 Steering Committee to address business, customer, and employee concerns. Leaders from across our organization continue to update our business continuity and disaster response plans as this unprecedented situation evolves.
Supporting a healthy workforce
We’ve asked every employee that is able to work from home to do so, in every office across the country. Our employees are vital to ensuring our customers continue to have access to the Internet and other services they need to stay connected, now more than ever. While we are transitioning customer service representatives to work from home, there are employees who cannot work remotely because they are needed on-site to keep your services running. We have new policies and guidelines in place to keep them safe.
Deep Blue and Comcast Business are actively monitoring the developments related to COVID-19. This is a fluid situation, and we will continue to evaluate and adjust our policies and procedures based on guidance from the CDC and our in-house health team.
